Subject: [PATCH] Merge 3380 to 3393 Doc for NIHVIVO-3064 Edited step 6 to tell
 them to log in as root and that migration can take a while. Added step 7 to
 have them rebuild their search index. See pdf attached to Jira issue in
 addition to the upgrade-1.3.html file.
