NIHVIVO-1073 Menu page refactoring. Removed temporary placeholder files and introduced pie charts on menu pages. UI team will compare with bar graphs on home page and determine whether we'll stick with one type over the other or throw them both into the mix.

NINVIVO-1315: Made a mistake, I didn't remove the files from the repository, I just removed them from Textmate. NOW the files in images/individual has been removed. Again, images in this folder were placeholders images for coauthor-ships.

1) Modified body foe getParsedGrantStartYear(). -- Previously, it used custom logic for parsing the year value of a Date string. Now, it uses jodatime library's utilities to parse year values.
2) Removed redundant code from UtilityFunctions.java -- pertaining to grantUtility functions.
