What does this pull request do?
This removes SDB related code and information in preparation for upgrade from Jena 3 to Jena 4.
What's new?
There are only comments and properties removed.
How should this be tested?
Use in conjunction with the Vitro Jena 4 upgrade related braches or PRs.
